What foreign languages do the recruited employees know?

Depending on the requirements of the Macedonian companies that call on our team, we undertake the recruitment of employees who best meet the employment criteria, communication being carried out in English at the beginning. Afterwards, communication can be done in Macedonian because the Asian staff can learn very quickly, having a great openness and willingness to adapt.

The salary granted to Asian workers cannot be lower than the salary stipulated in the collective labor contracts for the industry or the minimum salary in North Macedonia.

There are no express legal provisions in this regard. Accommodation insurance for the duration of the contract can be the responsibility of your company directly, through settlement in the form of an allowance, or it can be fully borne by the foreign employee. The cost of accommodation for the Asian staff is deductible, if your company will bear it.
